OCASO S.A., COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS and OCASO S.A.SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS (the UK branch of OCASO) regularly share and process personal data (including the personal data of clients, brokers and service providers) for the purposes indicated above, and for the efficient and proper operation and management of OCASO S.A.SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS in its provision of OCASO S.A., COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS insurance products. For example, we may share personal information for IT, finance and legal resources, collaborating for the purpose of effective service provision and for providing services to clients.

As a result of the data sharing between OCASO S.A., COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS and OCASO S.A.SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS (as referred to above), Your personal information may be transferred in and out of the UK where local laws may not provide legal protection for personal data in the same way as is applicable in the UK. What are Your rights in relation to Our processing of Your data?

You have the right to access Your personal data and to obtain confirmation on how this data is being processed. Likewise, You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected by OCASO.

In certain circumstances, you may request a restriction of Your data processing, in which case OCASO will only keep it for the exercise concerned, or for the defence of possible legal claims.

In certain circumstances, you may object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose informed by OCASO. In this case, OCASO will cease to process personal data, unless legitimate reasons are present, or to guarantee the exercise concerned, or for the defence of possible legal claims.

Finally, you can request the right to portability, and obtain for yourself or for another service provider, certain information derived from the contractual relationship formalized with OCASO.

You can exercise these rights by:

In both cases, You are required to prove the identity of the person exercising his/her rights, by sending a copy of his/her Driving License, Passport, or equivalent document.

OCASO will provide him/her with the requested information within a maximum period of one month from the receipt of the request. This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests.

You can revoke the consent at any time, in the case that consent has been granted for a specific purpose, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

You can submit a legal claim to the Supervisory Authority in matters of data protection. However, in the first instance, You may file a legal claim before the Data Protection Delegate, who will review the legal claim within a maximum period of two months.
